The #3 Middlebury women’s ice hockey team battled #9 Endicott on Saturday afternoon, but the Gulls broke a 2-2 tie with 13:30 remaining and fought off a late charge to hand the Panthers their first loss of the season 3-2. The contest was the opening game of the Panther/Cardinal Classic.
