Blood Drive at Co-operative Insurance

Give the gift of life — donate blood at the upcoming American Red Cross Blood Drive.

When: Tuesday, July 28, from 9:30 am to 2 pm

Every donation can help save up to three lives. The need for blood is constant, and volunteer donors are the only source. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are encouraged to help keep wait times short.

How to prepare:

• Eat a healthy meal and drink plenty of water before donating.
• Bring a valid ID.
• Wear a shirt with sleeves that can be rolled up.
• Most donors must be at least 17 years old (16 with parental consent in Vermont), weigh at least 110 lbs, and be in good general health.
