The Bixby Memorial Library in Vergennes is the site of a “Cards for all Kids” Party this Thursday, October 24th. Swing by the library to learn more about it’s new library card policy, where anyone from 1 to 100 can get a free card if they live in Addison, Ferrisburgh, Panton, Vergennes or Waltham.
