Come April, a group of Mt. Abe students will be traveling down to Costa Rica in order to do some volunteer work and expand on their knowledge and experience of other cultures and languages. Students will be participating in farm work, protecting sea turtle eggs, reforestation and a plethora of other projects! To help raise funds for this trip of a lifetime, the students will be hosting a Costa Rican dinner for the community this Thursday prior to the opening night of Mt. Abraham’s production of ‘Mamma Mia’.
The dinner will include rice, chicken, beans, salsa and chocolate cake. All proceeds will go towards supporting costs for local tour guides on the trip. Go out for a night of dinner and theater all for a good cause! Tickets are $8 in advance, $10 at the door, and $25 for a family of four. For questions please use the contact provided.
