SUMMARY:A Night at the Union Meeting Hall
DESCRIPTION:Come hungry\, come dancing\, come one and come all\, we’re bringing a little old-fashioned fun back to the Union Meeting Hall! \nJoin the Friends of the Union Meeting Hall on Sunday\, September 13th at 4:30 PM for a fall evening filled with good food\, live music\, plenty of laughs\, and a little do-si-do\, all while supporting the continued rehabilitation of this special piece of Ferrisburgh history. \nWe’ll start the evening with delicious food available for purchase from Meat Mafia. Then dinner winds down\, the music begins\, and just like years ago\, the Union Meeting Hall will be filled with dancing once again. Want some delicious bites but don’t want to dance? That’s ok too! Tickets aren’t needed to swing on by the Union Meeting Hall to order some food to go. \nPatchy Valley Fog featuring JoJo Boesenberg\, James Quinlan and Ariel Bolles with caller Don Stratton will provide the tunes and lead us through an old-fashioned square dance. Never square danced before? Even better! No experience is needed\, just bring your willingness to give it a try. Dance every song\, learn as you go\, or grab a seat and enjoy the music and the fun. \nSpace in the Hall is limited\, so advance tickets are encouraged. Tickets are $15 per person and every ticket helps us continue the work of preserving the Union Meeting Hall\, not just as a historic building\, but as a place where our community can still gather\, celebrate\, laugh\, dance\, and make a little history of our own. \nTo purchase tickets please visit unionmeetinghall.org/programming-and-eventsemail unionmeetinghall@gmail.com with questions.
