There is a meeting in the Community Room at the Ilsley Public Library. This is a meeting to discuss a possible ban on one time use plastic bags in Middlebury. With enough support, this issue could be on the ballot on Town Meeting Day. The meeting will take place from 7 pm to 8 pm and is open to the public.
