This weekend is the Vermont Maple Open House Weekend. Stop by the Bread Loaf View Farm in Cornwall for delicious buttermilk pancakes and sausage links covered in award winning maple syrup. During the open house you can learn about one of Vermont’s oldest traditions, take a horse drawn wagon ride and taste freshly boiled syrup! See the maple operation, smell the sweet steam, sample maple products, including one of their newest creations, Rye Whiskey Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup. All visitors receive “Friends & Family” discount pricing during events. $6/plate includes pancakes, sausage, milk and coffee.
