Folks who choose abstinence from certain substances or behaviors are welcome. So are folks who seek to moderate substances or behaviors\, to use substances more safely\, or just to feel better and enjoy their lives. The group respects each person’s right to make decisions about their own wellbeing. They value compassion\, connection\, and taking good care of themselves and others. \nMeeting in-person at Gather in Middlebury on Fridays at 12:30pm.
