Richard Rawson, Ph.D. will speak about his experience with research and treatment over the past 40 years in addition Vermont’s response to the opioid crisis.
He is a research professor at the Center for Behavior and Health at the University of Vermont and a professor emeritus in the UCLA School of Medicine.
