Northland Job Corps in Vergennes is offering the community the opportunity to take part in their “reading to lead” week at the Bixby Library.
Join our very own “Bruce & Hobbes,” as they team up with Job Corps students, for a reading of their iconic children’s book, “Hobbes goes Home,” at the library! The center’s initiative highlights the importance of reading and encourages students to increase reading skills. Copies of “Hobbes goes Home” will be on sale, with profits benefiting the library.
