Each week, a local Health Professional will meet the group, talk for 5-10 minutes on a topic of interest, and then walk a one-mile loop through Middlebury with us. The program runs 14 weeks, every Tuesday from July 16 to October 15, at Mary Hogan Elementary School parking lot near the kiosk and ball field.
All are welcome!
Rise & Walk is part of a larger initiative spearheaded by Neighbors, Together. Neighbors,Together was formed to help our downtown Middlebury businesses continue to thrive amidst the challenges of the Rail/Bridge project and subsequent downtown upheaval.
