Spring Wildflower Walk, at the Mount Independence State Historic Site, 497 Mount Independence Road, Orwell, VT, Sunday April 24th from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Wildflower expert Amy Olmsted leads a walk to discover the delicate flowers of spring on Mount Independence. Wear sturdy shoes and dress for the weather. Meet in front of the Museum. Co-sponsored by Mount Independence Coalition and Vermont Division for Historic Preservation. $5.00 for adults, free for children under 15.
