Age Well will be hosting Tai Chi classes this Wednesday! Tai Chi is an “internal” martial art, a slow, graceful movement routine to help fend off the stresses of modern life, build agility and balance, and practice mindfulness. Every Wednesday, in the Bixby Library-Otter Creek Room. Attendees can participate in hour long sessions, beginning at the top of each hour. This is a free event made possible by Age Well, all levels of experience are welcome so please come and join!
