The Bixby Library is hosting a fun outdoor Tai Chi class! It will be hosting “Tai Chi in the Park”. It’s an opportunity to try Tai Chi- an “internal” martial art, which utilizes a slow, graceful, movement to fend off stress, build agility & balance, while building mindfulness.
