The American Legion Auxiliary 14 in Vergennes will be this year’s host of a Trunk or Treat and Costume Dance Party! The Costume Karaoke Dance party begins with DJ Amanda Rock and Family at 1 pm and will go until 2 pm. It will then be followed by the Trunk or Treat in the parking lot from 2-3 pm. The Trunk or Treat will be a non-traditional alternative for Trick or Treating. Parents and community members will register to bring their car and goodies to distribute from their decorated trunk. Kids will be lead to the parking area and will begin going car to car for treats. This great for people who live out of town and don’t get trick or treaters, or for anyone with ambulatory issues. In addition, it is a great way to promote your business, civic organization, or church.
