All-You-Can-Eat Pancake Breakfast, at the Addison Fire Station, at the junction of Routes 17 & 22A in Addison. $7 for adults $5 for kids under 12 Benefit of the Addison Volunteer Fire Department. St. Patrick’s Day Dance

Cursive Writing Workshop

Vergennes Union High School is holding a concert on Thursday, March 12th, starting at 7 pm, in the VUHS Auditorium.  The concert will feature Commodore Jazz, Commodore Singers, concert choir, and symphonic band.  There will also be the world premier performance of “North on Seven,” composed by VUHS Senior Kai Williams.

Watch the movie “The Candidate”

The Middlebury Classic Film Club is holding a screening of the political thriller, “The Candidate”, Tuesday, March 10th, at the Ilsley Public Library.  The 1972 film, which stars Robert Redford, centerson an idealist candidate for the US Senate, and what happens to him as he experiences the American Political System.  The screening starts at 6 PM.  It’s free and open to the public.  For more information, call 388-4095.
