42nd Annual Middlebury Summer Festival on-the-Green

Following a year’s hiatus, the Middlebury Summer Festival on-the-Green brings fabulous music back to the heart of Middlebury – August 2 through 6, 2021.  This free, family-friendly music series, supported by community donations, has earned designation for multiple years as a Vermont Top 10 Summer Event. Kenyan-born performance artist KeruBo’s dynamic ensemble – playing gospel, blues and Afro-jazz – will kick off our week. The festival is back for 2021! All shows start at 7 p.m.; there are no brown bag lunchtime shows or street dance this year. Here’s the lineup: Monday: KeruBo Tuesday: The Paul Asbell Quintet Wednesday: Treetop Mansion Thursday: Beg Steal or Borrow Friday: Low Lily *The festival will be held with summer Covid guidelines in place. We will be back in 2022 in our usual 2nd week of July slot with a full festival, Brown Bag shows and a Street Dance!
