COVID-19 Pop-Up Testing

June 25 - July 31

The local office of the Vermont Department of Health has added some more testing dates, on a limited attendance basis. June 30, July 10, July 17, July 24, July 31, and there will probably be weekly testing in August. Not all the dates may be open for registration yet, but June 30, July 10 and 17 are up. Farm to Family Coupons Available

Every year, the ACA distributes Farm to Family Coupons which are a booklet of five $6.00 coupons to be used as cash at Farmer’s Markets across the state.  These coupons are now available.  In the past you could just stop by the ACA / CVOEO Offices on Creek Road in Middlebury.  But with safety in mind, you can still get the coupons, you just need to call and schedule an appointment first.  These coupons can be used at participating farmers…

Venture Vermont Outdoor Challenge

The Venture Vermont Outdoor Challenge is annual statewide outside scavenger hunt designed to encourage kids and families to get outside this summer. Participants just have to download a score sheet, venture around the state, participate in a variety of fun outdoor activities for which they receive points. Once you accumulate 250 points—you win a VIP gold coin good for free day entry into Vermont State Parks for the rest of the season and for the entire next season! It’s simple, inexpensive and fun!

The Market normally operates as an inside market from November – April and offers an outdoor season from May – October. Nearly two-thirds of the vendors sell local agricultural products including vegetables, fruits, plants, flowers, and CBD.  MFM vendors offer an abundance of produce, meats, eggs, and goat’s and cow’s milk cheeses.
