SHREWSBURY, Vt. (WCAX) – Police have identified a driver killed in a crash in Vermont as a teen from Massachusetts.
It happened at about 4 a.m. Sunday in Shrewsbury, Vermont.
Vermont State Police say Macy Piersiak, 17, of Needham, Massachusetts, was headed south on Cold River Road, crossed the center line, hit a guardrail and then crashed into a tree.
Piersiak died at the scene.
Police say no one else was in the pickup with Piersiak.
