FRANCONIA, N.H. (WCAX) – The ski patrol was called in to evacuate skiers and snowboarders from a lift at Cannon Mountain Wednesday morning.
It happened around 10 a.m. Officials at the New Hampshire mountain say it was because of a mechanical issue and that everyone was taken off safely within two hours.
The lift was closed for the day and skiers and riders were offered a refund.
