Vandals deface veterans memorial in a Shelburne overnight

SHELBURNE, Vt. (WCAX) – Around 9:00 Saturday morning, the Shelburne Police were alerted that someone had spraypainted graffiti at the Shelburne Parade Ground on Church Street. Police shared these photos of the vandalism with politically motivated statements on the granite war memorial. Shelburne Police are asking anyone who may have seen something suspicious in that area or anyone with information that may lead them to the suspects, to please contact them. 802-985-8051
