BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – The man accused of a brutal road rage attack last month in Winooski will face a judge Friday.
Police say Ronnie Bushway II, 46, was driving on Mallett’s Bay Avenue on August 26 when Aaron Williams, 44, started to tailgate him.
Williams passed his car, brake checked him, then got out of the car, punched him several times, and gouged out his eyes.
Bushway has undergone several surgeries, but is still fighting to regain his vision.
Williams pleaded not guilty to aggravated assault and maiming. He’s back in court Friday afternoon.
