BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – Skirack is gearing up for its annual winter swap Saturday.
Customers can buy and sell winter gear, and the swap accepts all types of gear, including boots, bindings, snowboards, alpine, and backcountry skis.
They currently have 585 submissions and are expecting another 50% to flood in throughout the day. By the end of the sale, they expect to sell around 65% of the total inventory that comes from their customers.
Those who decide to sell their gear can take 70% of the sale, that will come in a check by Monday. The other option is to take 100% store credit, which co-owner John George-Wheeler says is the best deal.
