WINOOSKI, Vt. (WCAX) – The Howard Center held its fourth annual career fair in Winooski today, connecting job seekers with staff to learn about employment opportunities in the area.
Jobs ranged from positions requiring no experience to those requiring master’s level education.
“We have full-time positions, part-time subbing positions. And as stated, we have people that don’t need any degree all the way up to people that have their master and their licensure for those clinical positions,” said Heather Simmons of the Howard Center.
Simmons said these fairs usually average around 45 to 50 people submitting resumes. For those not able to attend in person, the Howard Center also offers virtual events.
