BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – A large section of Burlington’s South End is under a boil water notice on Friday.
Officials say it’s due to a private water main break around Ledgewood Circle.
The affected area extends from where the Champlain Parkway begins to Flynn Avenue, west of Shelburne Road.
Residents in the area must boil any water used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth and washing dishes or food.
Officials have not yet indicated when the boil water notice might be lifted. Click here for details and updates.
