BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – A UVM ICU nurse and cancer survivor is using his talent to help others.
Pianist Ted Perry is hosting a benefit concert on Friday for the UVM Cancer Center Patient Support Funds. That money provides critical assistance for patients’ transportation, housing and food.
Perry will be joined by other renowned Vermont musicians, including Ray Vega and Dwight & Nicole.
Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door. Proceeds from tickets and donations go directly to patients.
The concert is on Friday, Feb. 20, at SEABA on Pine Street in Burlington. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and the music starts at 8 p.m.
