PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (WCAX) – The Champlain Centre mall in Plattsburgh is now under new management.
In a joint statement, town officials say the Los Angeles-based company Pacific Retail Capital Partners will bring a fresh perspective to the shopping center.
It also says the development company has a focus in evolving retail-led real estate. The California company says it oversees 24 properties across the U.S.
