MANCHESTER, N.H. (WCAX) – Another person has died after a fatal New Year’s Day apartment building fire in Manchester, N.H.
Police say one of the children pulled from the building and hospitalized has died.
Police say officials found the 5-year-old girl in a fourth floor bedroom and took her to a Boston hospital where she died on Wednesday.
Last week officials identified one of the victims as 70 year old Thomas J. Casey of Manchester – he died of smoke inhalation.
The six other people that escaped have now all been discharged.
The cause of the fire is still being investigated.
