ALBANY, N.Y. (WCAX) – New York Gov. Kathy Hochul is preparing to give her budget address on Tuesday.
Hochul made a number of proposals in her State of the State address, including a $4.5 billion investment to make pre-K accessible for all 4-year-olds by 2028-29.
Hochul will present the budget at 1 p.m.
