PITTSFORD, Vt. (WCAX) – An investigation is underway following an active police presence in Pittsford along Route 7 over Furnace Brook.
Multiple first responders were seen near the intersection of Route 7, Route 3 and Oxbow Road.
Vermont troopers could be seen looking over the embankment into the brook on Tuesday.
WCAX News has a crew at the scene, but we were not allowed to get close enough to see what the police were looking at.
