Joseph-André Senécal, noted expert on Chimney Point’s 1731 fort and French history, offers an afternoon of exploration of the French domestic settlement of the Chimney Point area from the 1730s to 1759. Bring lunch to enjoy before the start. Afternoon will include discussions, looking at copies of period documents, studying models, and walking the grounds. Experience not to be missed. Included with admission ($5.00 for adults).
