“Go Home, Guy Carleton” walk in Orwell, at the Mount Independence State Historic Site, Saturday October 29th from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. A walk to the horseshoe battery on the point to commemorate the finest American day on the Mount — Oct. 28, 1776, when the defensive strength here helped convince British Gen.
