Welcome/Opening Whole Group Session begins at 9am Annual Maple Seminar for small and large maple producers alike. The day offers 15 learning sessions to select from, equipment trade show, state of the industry discussion and hydrometer testing. Light breakfast of maple cream donuts and beverages provided.
