Come enjoy Middlebury’s annual Messiah Sing, a holiday tradition since 1984 at the Congregational Church Middlebury! Join more than 200 community members on Sunday, Dec. 21, starting at 2pm, as we together sing and play selections from “The Messiah,” Georg Frederic Handel’s famous work for chorus, vocal soloists, and orchestra composed in 1741. You’re also welcome simply to come, watch, listen and enjoy.
We invite everyone to be a part of this celebratory afternoon of music-making as we lift our voices together in song. We welcome string players to participate in our chamber orchestra that day. We provide music at the door for all. No rehearsal—simply come that day! Jeff Rehbach conducts.
With support from the Congregational Church of Middlebury and the Middlebury Community Music Center. Donations ($10 adults, $25 family suggested) to honor our soloists.
