If you are a fan of history and enjoy picnicking then make sure to pay a visit to West Addison. There will be great fun to be had because the Addison Town Historical Society is holding a Picnic at Bodette’s Grove. Explore local history with other history buffs and enjoy lunch. Hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hotdogs and the fixin’s will be provided! Organizers ask that attendees bring a potluck meal to share, their own plates, cups and cutlery. If you have interesting artifacts to share, you are encouraged to bring them along! The gathering will happen rain or shine, all are welcome. Organizers ask that you RSVP to Jeff at 802.759.2399.
