Norwich (3-2-1) scored four power-play goals on its way to a 5-1 win over Middlebury in the championship game of the PrimeLink Great Northern Shootout. The Panthers (2-2) return to action on Friday when they host Connecticut College at 7:00 p.m. in the team’s home opener in Kenyon Arena.

Middlebury took a 1-0 lead just 45 seconds in the game with a goal from Kamil Tkaczuk. After carrying the puck up the ice, Tkaczuk worked a give-and-go with Emack Bentley, netting his first of the year with a shot from the slot.
