Come to move and learn as apart of the third in a series of four workshop/events centered around the connections between Memory Loss and the Creative Arts ability to bring joy and self expression to those living with Memory loss/cognitive challenges.
Feed both your mind and body in this dance and movement class where memory, coordination, balance and more will be explored based on the Movement for Parkinson’s program. Sara McMahon, MA, FlynnArts Faculty member, has been involved in the research, teaching, and performing of movement for over 40 years. She has extensive training in many dance forms and in Dance for PD®. She is the founder and director of the Movement for Parkinson’s program.
